Does anyone use one?
I've just purchased the Lequip model but am waiting for a book as the instructions are a bit scanty. I've tried sliced apple and orange which is tasty, and I'm going to try carrots next. I read somewhere that you can dry then grind veg to make veg stock, good way of using surplus veg.

Any tips appreciated. Smile
