Morning all  Very Happy

I'm v. sleepy this morning - woke up at 3.30am and couldn't get back to sleep.  I should have got up and come to the office of course, then I could have been home by lunchtime!  I'm working in the restaurant tonight too, so I'm hoping for a lie in tomorrow, although we've gove grandbabies coming to stay for the weekend....

It's a lovely sunny day today - we never did get thunder yesterday...

Have a great day everyone  Very Happy

Thats horrible when it happens JC, hope you make it through the day!!!

JC: Warwick Uni is actually closer to Coventry than Warwick. It puzzled us for a while as to why it was called Warwick but then the penny dropped its in the County of Warwick and doesn't need to be anywhere close  to Warwick Rolling Eyes

Aqui:- the fav Uni is a joint between Reading and Warwick. If Jack climbs again just tell him firmly 'no' and lift him down. He needs to learn and also there are always things that little ones shouldn't touch anyway! Very Happy

Alison: what a pain, bloomin cars hey!

Hubby is as I type, driving to the National Archives at Kew Rolling Eyes  he has a wayward Grandfather that needs to be tied down. He has researched his Dads side and goes back to William the Conquerer (its OK you don't need to curtsey) Laughing  But his mothers father is quite elusive, hailing from Ireland Rolling Eyes  I don't think he will get much as I believe he changed his name when he came to the UK, as we can find no trace of him or his brother on passenger lists or anything!!

The girls and I are going shopping Confused later. T is working at the college for the day, K is the scouting party in the shops, I am going for coffee with a friend, then picking up T and then going clothes shopping!!! Confused

Just going out to get hoeing, there's lots to do. Not sure what E will have me doing yet, she likes going out on adventures to "Bizzyland" her make believe world bless her.

Have a good day everyone.  Smile

JC - I hate it when that happens (I mean about the early wake-up). how old are grandbabies?

Kathy - I love the sound of bizzyland!

we went to the park earlier with a mum friend and her son. very nice. quite cool under a big oldd oak.

tmorrow we are going to look round some houses. exciting/scary. maybe to early as we've not had a viewer for ours yet. but well.... um...

Good luck with your house viewing Aqui.

It's been beautiful here and I got all the hoeing done and most of E's bag finished.
Went to put the chooks away and Norah got herself all tangled up, I finally had to pick her up (never touched a live chicken before) and get scissors to cut her free. So that's another barrier broken (a bit of a phobia about touching hens!).

Having an early night now, all that hoeing (and looking after E) has wore me out.

Sleep well everyone and have a good weekend.  Smile
