I'm 34 with a few medical issues but a major thing that disrupts my life literally is PMT (now fashionably known as PMS )
I belive that I am somewhat in training for the change at the moment with some of the symptoms I am having but to help control my PMT I choose to go for a low Gluten high Iron diet when it's "that time of the month", it seems to help allot I've found (been watching my Gluten for years now when Im suffering) I've tried the Oil Of Evening Primrose seemed to help abit (until you forget to take them ) anyone else have any herbal or foody tips or tricks to help with problems like this? (excluding being locked in a cellar with no sharp objects for a week LOL!) _________________ Life Is BRILL When You Have Genuine friends & The Odd Stalker & Many Guests!

If you can get hold of some Lady's mantle make an infusion of tea with it, it really does work. The other tip is to use spelt flour if you feel that gluten is a problem. Also, make sure you're getting all the trace minerals in your diet, (you might know this already) and the omegas, (in fish or, for veggies, in linseed). The locked room does work, with a cat or dog for company though!

Mmmm landlord won't let us have me Moggies or a dog so would a Amster do
Joking aside lol thanks for that we eat a really healthy diet but even so no change I have an intollrance apparently to that folic acid even though I eat loads of fresh greens, fish and meat etc, had the tablets once but made me feel quite ill tbh, very strange .
