New series on the BBC starts next Monday 8.30 - 9pm

"Ethnobotanist James Wong demonstrates how to transform familiar plants into simple natural remedies that could ease the symptoms of minor ailments including coughs, colds and eczema, and also provides beauty treatments. In the first episode, focusing on fruit, James shows how figs can relieve constipation, turns kiwi and papaya into a face mask and makes soup using goji berries to help cure a cold"

The powers that be will probably ban any remedy that works, like they're doing and trying to do with many medicinal herbs.  Rolling Eyes Sounds like a good programme though.  Smile
