I think it is the beginnings of a triffid!!! and its growing in my garden Shocked

someone on my blog suggested it could be a 'datura' thorn apple, I'm not sure the leaves are right though and they need serious heat to grow, I grow brugmansias which is grown from cuttings, datura is the seed version?

Shall I leave it to grow and see what happens? Confused
