we drink it at room temp. we made a batch 2 years ago, after a year had a taste and I didn't like it, tasted too much like cough mixture. had another taste a couple weeks ago (now 2 years old), fabulous, needless to say the bottle is now finished....I did have some help drinking it
now is the best time to collect the sloes as the frosts will have made them so much better .remember to prick them before you pop them in for next years gin...dont buy cheap gin iether _________________
