Ok I am pimping for Jerky miester from DS a i am planning to start a franchise from him selling his home made Jerky, biltong and fruit scrolls
I could waffle on again but i have a bit of a blurb i wrote this week so i will just paste that in here.

Meat Jerky

Jerky is a cured and preserved meat snack, probably best known from cowboy films but it has probably been around for many thousands of years as it is, in its most basic form dried meat.
Almost any meat, and in some cases fish can be turned into Jerky but at Martins Jerked Meats we use only the finest selected cuts of local welsh beef and, when in season and available, venison from the local Margon Park Herd and Boar from Margon park as well. The meat is trimmed of all visible fat to leave only pure lean meat.
Our meat is then cured in our freshly made marinades for up to 24 hours before being turned into delicious Jerky in our approved facility, It is then packed in vacuum sealed bags to preserve the great flavours and texture of quality for you to enjoy whenever you want.
Our Jerky is not only great to eat it is also very low in fat and its calories come almost exclusively from protein that provides a sustainable energy release unlike the sugar rush from sweet snacks and the high fat content of some other snacks like crisps and peanuts.
While the Jerky is being made it can lose between 50% and 66% of its weight but this loss is from the water content so 40g of Jerky contains the nutrition of up to 100g of meat making it great for walkers, sportsmen and even people working in the garden as it wont spoil even on the hottest of days and provides the hit of flavour that can even replace crisps at a fraction of the fat content making it great for kids as well.

Biltong

Biltong is a salted and dried snack that originated in South Africa and is still sort after by ex pats in what ever part of the world they are in.
Biltong starts of as a steak sized piece of selected beef, and when available venison and boar and is dry brined, cured and then dried until it is ready to be packed again in a vacuum sealed bag.
Making Biltong requires a good deal of knowledge and expertise because it is not completely dried and retains a moist centre so it takes an experienced eye and touch to know just when to stop the drying process and pack to ensure it keeps well and retains its fantastic tastes and texture.
Biltong loses about 50% of its weight in the processing so again 50g of Biltong represents approx 100g of fresh meat for nutritional reference and again provides a low fat snack that is packed with flavour.

Fruit Scrolls

Our Fruit Scrolls provide a source of fibre and vitamins that we all need in our daily life. There is nothing added to the fruit, no sugar, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives so it can happily be counted in your 5 a day for fruit and vegetables.
They are a great way of providing fruit for kids lunchboxes that they will enjoy eating and can’t get squashed or bruised in their bags, but they are also great for adults to carry easily and snack on.
Fruit and vegetables contain huge amounts of water and removing this water gently to minimise the loss of vitamins takes time and also means that for every ¼ of fruit scroll up to 125g of fruit is used depending on the flavour produced, that’s a huge 500g of fruit per scroll.
Once the scroll has reached the right stage it is cooled then cut and vacuum sealed to preserve the fresh fruity taste that makes them great. It might take a few tries to find your favorite flavour but we are convinced there is at least 1 that you will love so please try them.

Badly, its all gone pear shaped since it was broadcast with Martin preparing for battle, it could get very messy.
As far as i know after martin rang the producers to complain about a few things the 2 radio interviews and a paper spread was canclled due to the risk of the BBC taking legal action and Martin is now trying to get hold of the un edited footage to check a few points.

I woulds put in a link to the footage on youtube but that has been removed as well as any weblinks to martins site from the BBC so if anyone can find footage of a 6foot punk trying to get £100,000 from some millionaires could you let me know the site so i can pass it on the martin.
