I use this as virus protection and have been very happy with it until now. I bought it online and as you may or maynot know you get sent a 'key' and 'customer ID' and password.
Well I tried to re-download it and apparently I can't because I have already 'exceeded my limit'!
So contacted where I bought it and they have gone out of business!!!
Contacted Kaspersky, who have NOT been helpful and they said contact where I bought it from!!!!
I'm just trying to remember if I bought it on the credit card or not!

I know I've mentioned this before but I've used a free antivirus for years, never had a problem yet. You can purchase a version that gives more protection if you feel you need it. http://www.free-av.com/en/download/index.html
