I'm in a wine-making phase, and have got 1 1/2 demijohns of blackcurrant; 2 demijohns of gooseberry; 1 1/2 demijohns of plum all started and bubbling away nicely. It's like an alchemists' in that corner of the kitchen (bay window, to take advantage of any natural heat when the sun occasionally appears).

We've got two gallons of strawberry and a gallon of gorse flower (which is VERY yellow)!

Plum wine sounds luvverly, but I thought it was difficult to get it to clear?
