07.01.08Right, into the kitchen now
Clear all your work surfaces down. Put stuff away that shouldn't be there. Fill the dishwasher, or make a pile next to it, if you have too much to go in, and get it turned on. When it finishes, empty it, and refill.
Put away any food that may be out.
Now fill the sink, with hot bleachy water, to the top, and using a couple of cloths start wiping the kitchen work benches down, one at a time.
I don't even wipe mine, I just lay 3 cloths at a time on the bench, and each time I go into the kitchen, I move them along again, re soaking the cloth first.
No effort cleaning.
Move out any dumped things, into the correct place (in this house it is paperwork type stuff.)
That is all.

Luckily, our kitchen is too small to have anything dumped in it or to leave anything out that shouldn't be there.
And I cleaned it pretty thoroughly again on Saturday...
Yippee - that sounds like a day off for me then

Clear out one kitchen cupboard. The messiest!

Actually, we've only got one cupboard in the kitchen (apart from under the sink, which I 'did' last week...) and it's too crowded to be untidy - take anything out of it and there's a thing-shaped space to put it back into
