me too ! I make stockings for my OH, mum and stepdad which is my favourite bit.
I buy and make gifts throughout the year to spread the load (not always a good idea as I end up spending far more than if I had to pay for it altogether).
The bit I dislike most about Christmas is writing and sending cards

I am not keen on card writing either. WE do quite a lot, what with family and business ones.
I have them already, buying them in January sales, so I will start taking them to swimming, while I watch the children, to write and sign.
Doesn't take so long like that!
