I have a new best friend of the four legged variety, I will post pics later but if you want a preview have a look on my blog!!!
Becki
It's raining. Never mind I needed to clean my tack anyway
I have a case study to do on my NVQ and I have the whole weekend off

Ooh Libby, come on spill the beans, what sort of furry four legged friend is it????
I'm off out now to catch a train with no.1 daughter to Bath where she has booked us a table in the restaurant where her new boyfriend works as assistant manager. We haven't met before so I've made an effort and put some lippy on!! Really looking forward to the trip out and will report back later
(Tis very wet and windy though, do you think I could get away with wearing my wellies and bobble hat?)
Kathy
Afternoon, blowin a hooli here! Enjoy your day out CP, I'm going out later too, Greenlady wants to go to here http://www.gloagburnfarmshop.co.uk/, I'd rather stay at home, as always but have to comply!
Oooooo Libby, she's a cracker, having puppies too. I never used to like small dogs, especially terriers (got 2 now!) but they really are HUGE characters and great fun if trained properly.
Hope you're all having a good weekend, Becki, get studying!

i don't see why not....i am sure he will understand and of course it will really embarrass your daughter....hehehehe...
nearly as much as the pictures you have saved of her sitting on the potty at age whatever......they love it so much when you bring them out...
wet and windy here as well....i took a complete day off and disappeared for the day on a walking thingee....had to walk over to bethlehem anyway so while i was out that way (only a 5 mile or so walk) i decided to take in the iron age fort on the top of the nearby hill called garn goch...quite a hike i have to say but never mind i got to the top and took some photos as well .....then got lost heading homeward again..
managed to find my way, just as well i can read a map well though it didn't really help in the woods i got lost in...the brecon beacons don't always mark the paths suitably and you have to wander round a bit to find your way and you know what it is like, you say to yourself you can always backtrack but you don't really want to ....up and down, in and out of the hills and woods before i found what i was looking for ....a couple of miles out of my way to do 1 mile i think...
hey ho....

Nansters!! she had a ballet lesson this morning before we went out and so in over dinner conversation I offered to dig out her old ballet photos when five years old along with her pink tutu. I don't think she will speak to me again for quite some time
Actually, a lovely trip out with great company and can't remember the last time I went anywhere on a train. Was good fun and a refreshing change. I really should get out more! Bath is a vibrant city with a great atmosphere and lots to see. May just be persuaded to return again for another outing soon.
