Mmmmmmmmmmmmm I think we may need some recipies when You have a mo Very Happy
lottie

Me too.

Can you count the calories for me Libby Laughing
Kathy

Most of the food is pretty low calorie, the highest probably being the Bondas as they are deep fried. Because the recipes are vegan no dairy is used, that always pushes the calorie count up (from what I remember of my calorie counting days). The yoghurt is soya  and the use of cane sugar is kept to a minimum.
I should point out that this cafe is in a heath and therapy centre where most of the customers look after their bodies, if you know what I mean!  Laughing
Aqui

Mmmmm.

It all sounds yummy. Can you post recipes for the mains?
lloyd

What a lovely menu. But there's no meat in it??????
Kathy

Lloyd, you are very naughty, always asking the same question. It's a vegetarian cafe, you can find a definition  here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegetarian!  Rolling Eyes  Laughing

Incidentally, a lot of the customers are meat eaters but love the fresh taste of food without meat, one comment last night "it's orgasmic!"

I'll get the recipes sorted out, I've only just finished work after getting home at gone midnight last night.
