Bargain of the centuryIn tesco tonight, whole fresh salmon 75% off. We bought two, £60 worth for £14. Here's a pic of one. I've put some random food items next to it so you get an idea on it's size.

I've frozen one whole for Boxing Day, and boned out the other. One side has been made into six steaks and frozen, the remaining side will be smoked tomorrow night for a friend.

Tonight we had salmon fillets with new potatoes and peas. Absolutely gorgeous especially as it was such a bargain!!!
