Yup, that's about the size of the one and only squash on our plants - the rest appear to have rotted.... Crying or Very sad

Can't say I have ever tasted butternut squash whats it like?

Roast it in the oven with olive oil, don't peel it just slice it thinly. You get a crunchy outside and a lovely sweet inside. Very Happy

ooooh yummy - butternut squash risotto - one of my very favourite comfort foods.

Jojo, it's quite sweet when it's roasted, and it also makes delicious soup.
