Birch sap recipesGood morning everyone,
Another week is upon us ans spring a step closer.
I have begun my annual birch sapping quest and bought home the first two litres on Sunday.
If any of you collect sap also i would be grateful for any other suggestions of its uses other than wine, beer, refreshing tonic to drink and facial and skin products.
The idea of making syrup is great but unpractical short of having a whole forest to play with. And the expense of reverse osmosis is out of the question
