Boost your immune system

As Alison pointed out in the daily thread, we haven't had much sunshine this summer.
I'm a great believer in Spirulina but also eat TONS of fresh veg. Ground linseed is also good, you can sprinkle it on drinks and have it with cereal or yogurt.

What do you all take to keep your systems boosted?

We take Mangosteen, and a couple of Neways product, whose name escapes me at the moment, but one is liquid and one is a tablet.

I used to eat a few brazil nuts every day as they contain selenium. but i can't eat nuts now until j weans.

and with the lack of sunlight - bananas and walnuts are good as they boost or mmic (can't remember) seratonin.
