Never bought it myself so don't know what's in it or whether or not it's tested on animals. I've made my own bath oils but those don't bubble. It was something like: 2 cups liquid soap (american book) 6 cups water and something else. (maybe some essential oil or something?) I made it up according to instructions except I made a much smaller quantity. Put some into a sink of water, a few bubbles appeared but very quickly popped and disappeared.
