chiliesWhat's the best way of preserving and storing chilies? I have a big bagful in the fridge.

Sorry, I missed this. I've never done these but I've read that you can dry them and I'm sure you can put them in oil. Some people get fancy bottles and make presents this way. You can also use them in chutney if you like a spicey one.

I dry mine when red but freeze some of the green ones as they are a part of Thai green curry, and i like it. The dry ones will last for years in a screw top jar in the dark.
