crampmy oh has arteritus/dieabites(sorry about the spelling)
although he was always prone to cramp in the calf at night he could just stand up or walk on a cold floor and it would dissapear.
lately though he has started getting cramp at the tops of his legs which moves to the inside of his legs and nothing seems to shift it.its considerabl painfull as he cant move.
does anyone know of anything what could help this cramp is linked to the dieabeties so the nurse told us.

i have been told that before as its the potassium in banana.
im just at a loss on what to try to stop the cramp reacurring as much as what it is doing.
