If you don't have a food drier - you can put slices in the microwave on kitchen paper - but do them a minute at a time and keep checking on them. I will just dash off and search the net.
You can do them in the oven on a low heat to - or put them in the oven when you have finished cooking something - saves electricity then, they can start to dry whilst the oven is cooling down
I just typed in 'drying orange slices' and it came up with lots of pages.
Let me know if this helps - so nice to see you on here again Paula. Hope things are going well.
Haven't forgotten your fantastic pork etc. Have a freezer full of vegggies at the moment.
When would be a good time to order minced pork for sausagemaking (fresh) i.e. How early/late during December?
I was thinking about the second week - as I am short of time before then - or else I will have to make time!
