I bought an airgun off the net from another guy in another forum .
No soner did I start playing with it than it broke. I rang BSA ( the manufacturer)....They sent a courier down to collect it, took it back to the factory, rebuilt the rifle, sent it to my home by courier, ............within one week and no charge.
How good is that?...fair play to them.

mr nanny decided to buy a stethoscope to use here on the farm (you would be surprised how often he has a listen) and the company sent two
mr nanny rang them and said he would return on and they said as we werer a charity, we could keep the second one free gratis
i thought that was very nice of them............
