February swap openingThought I'd start a new thread for this, photos and guesses in here.
What a lovely package.
I need to have a guess now at who might have sent them. I just love the embroidered bookmark, well I love it all really but that's my favourite! A big thank you to my swap partner.

What a lovely present, I think that I will use the notebook for my allotment notes, and the bookmark is wonderful. My secret person must have so much patience.
I think that I know who she is, she left me a little clue!
Thank you ?????
Libby
Beckie (hands on hips) we know you know, your not being very helpful!
Cookie, that looks lovely too!

Lovely pressies there, I think I've guessed Cookie's and I'm trying to remember who makes their own creams and also knits!

Libby
Did the jar break, or just leak a bit?
Lizzie
Nope
Libby
It leaked
I am sorry I opened it early, but I wasn't sure what it was and how bad it was, the envelope was covered in the oil and I think had absobed most of it. But never mind, I am well impressed with the orange and pumice soap, did you make it? If so how? I love the peppermint footcream, I use Bodyshops footcream as I get very dry heels so I shall use this till it runs out. I had a peppermint foot cream years ago and loved it, just never found any more
Thank you so much Alison, a really lovely choice, I love it!
Becki
I opened the last one we did early, because I was still stuck in Swindon and needed cheering up
alison

Yes Libby, I did make it.
I need to do some more soon, so I will take pictures for you.
Sorry about the oily stuff

February swop questions.OK, I'll own up, I knitted Bovey's hat!
Bovey Belle
Oh Cookie - it's WONDERFUL. You clever thing you. And you have my colours down to a T.
I will own up to making Aqui's pillow, though I bungled the final seam as OH was saying, I'm going in five minutes, is your parcel ready to go (and I was still on the sewing machine). I will request her to send it back and I shall get the stitch ripper out and hand-sew the seam (in lilac!) instead . . .
Becki
I made Cookies, as if you all didn't know

And very lovely it is too browneyes
I made the bag for Jojo...
Libby
I made Alisons apron, and although it is a gardening apron I had visions of you with pockets of dusters flitting round the house
Aqui
BB - I wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't said! I don't think I want to let it go now!
Browneyes - soap is easy really. If you can cook, you can make soap. All you have to do is measure stuff and follow a recipe. You could always join our soap swap (when I get around to organising it!)
Should I confess who I made for?
I'm most impressed by everyone's handiwork - all the gifts look fab!
I've found the battery recharger, but not the power lead. Not that I've had time to look anyway!
alison
Libby it is wonderful.

Libby
This was fun, shall we do it again sometime
soon?
I like recieving things in the post we could do a swap where you are not allowed to spend more than £5 (I have an idea already)or would you prefer another crafting one?? But then again we could leave it a long while......
I'll shut up now
Kathy
Thanks Jojo, the anticipation was terrible, I really didn't peek before hand!
Is anyone up for another swap then, when, and who's volunteering to organise it?!
Libby
I can organise if you wish?
but
Many thanks to Becki for organising this one, it came at a great time of year!
Becki
It wasn't any hassle
I did draw the names randomly, I ended up making for different people though because of the others that wanted to join in
The only 2 that did make for each other was Libby and Alison. I was going to draw it again, but left it as that is how it came out
Aqui
I'd like to join another one. It made me be creative and do something different. Plus it was very exciting getting a gift for me, not for J!
Libby
Alison: can I just say your orange with pumice soap is brill! Bearing in mind we all come into the potting shed once in a while could you possibly give us the ingredients or do a show & tell, how?
The gritty bits (pumice) really get into the nooks and crannies but it is still gentle and I don't feel I have been done with carbolic!!! Thank you again!

I'll join in,it's nice to give as well as recieve!

Bovey Belle
I have put Aqui's little pillow as part of my Show & Tell on my blog today, so that should save Aqui looking for the camera bits!
Libby

alison
I would love to do danother swap. I don't mind when.
