Morning all
It's lovely here too, and typically, I didn't need to walk the dogs this morning (OH is having a day off so he's doing it). Never mind, I might get a walk in after a I get home this evening.
We have a rather ominous staff meeting today, called at very short notice and requiring everyone to be there. Last week we were told that the company is very short of money ... I'm putting two and two together and getting about six!! We shall see...

I'm off riding in the sunshine, I'm meeting a couple of the girls who help over there and we are going out. I can just tell they are going to want to gallop everywhere

Sunshine here. But cold. Can't get my sweep in until 1st October, serves me right for leaving it so late!! He is doing the whole row of cottages though.
I made K a teacosy yesterday with an enormous pompom on top. Hopefully my neighbour will post it for me today!

Well lovely sunny day here again today but can't get out shooting (with the camera) today OH's covering an afternoon shift  but hopefully he can have sunday off.
As soon as he left had a little visitor in the house already the Robin's back very strange... they must know when he pull's off the drive to come and say hello !!!
Got abit of hoovering to do today as we might be having visitors at the weekend then I'm going to sort a few photo's out we took the otherday.

Well, it looks like I'm out of a job! The company's is on it's knees and they're asking for volunteers for redundancy. I haven't volunteered (as that might invalidate the PPI on my credit card!) but have indicated that it wouldn't be the end of the world for me.
To be honest, I'd love to be out of work for a while! I'm better placed than most people here (no mortgage, no dependents etc. and now OH has a job, we can manage) so I suspect by this time next week, I'll be a kept woman. Bliss!!

Not great news then Lizzie  one of those great "ment to be" moments life chucks at us. As Becki say's your looking on the bright side and this way you can enjoy some quality time whatever happens don't stress just go with the flow

sadnew lizzie but then again, may be for the best...presumably you will get redundancy money of some sort...
another beautiful day up here, warm autumn sunshine makes all the difference doesn't it?
we were quite busy again, mr nanny and i went off to get the hay, left before 10 and never got back till nearly 1pm....
after lunch it was all about working with pearl again and i took a video of mr nanny being assaulted by the monster animal....she managed to bite him twice in the end and spent a lot of time rearing and kicking and generally being pretty unpleasant....we now feel that perhaps she has had a very bad experience at some time, this goes beyond bad temper......he has trimmed her ftont hooves for the first time but my goodness she was not having any of the rear hooves touched....more work yet to be done....
we also moved horses about again and i finished the day doing some much needed weeding out the back.....more nice weather tomorrow i gather and for sunday as well

Are you uploading the video anywhere Nanny, poor Pearl, she must have been pretty badly treated.
Lizzie, how long have you got before you leave work. Don't know whether to congratulate you or offer commiserations. Lots more time for crafting though.
