FRIDAY!!!! 20th June

Morning all  Very Happy

It's another beautiful day here, I'm wearing a gorgeous new skirt that I love already, and I have an unexpected afternoon and evening off work - life seldom gets better than that  Laughing

Have a great day everyone  Very Happy
Kathy

What skirt Jellycat, where did you get it, I'm intrigued!

A nice morning here too and there's lots to do outside. Mr Kathy need a hand to do the base of greenhouse 1 and the garage need sorting again. I might be some time!  Laughing
Libby

Oh the luxury of a garage Rolling Eyes  not that a car would fit in even if we had one!!!

Overcast here, apparently rain is on its way, but they have been saying that for about 3 days now and we are still waiting!!

K has started work at the school, they called her in early, so I am chief entertainments officer for boyfriend Twisted Evil not that he needs much entertainment he stays in bed till gone one o'clock!!!!!!!

T is on a driving lesson and the instructor is going to check her today but believes we are close to booking her test its been a long and expensive slog but hopefully worth it! Very Happy

Some of my peas have blown down and having bought a new ball of twine I now can't find it anywhere, so off to hunt it out!!!
Jellycat

This skirt! but it's a purpley colour on the yoke and the panels where this one is light green.

Caution - surfing around that website can cause extreme damage to one's bank balance!  I bought this bag too... Embarassed
Libby

Oh Thats nice Very Happy
Becki

Very nice skirt.

Sad day here, we have had the cat put to sleep. The vet said there wasn't anything he could do for her.

I will get Samson's results later today. Although she says he looks better she thinks he may need another lot of antibiotics. I'm hoping they will be in powder form, because I think I won't be allowed to forget it.......

Sorry about the cat Becki

Ive had my first hydro therapy session this morning and it has wiped me out.

Hope everyone has a good day and weekend

Sorry to hear about your cat Becki {{hugs}}
Cabbagepatch

Love the skirt JC.  Unfortunately for my bank balance I've just spent 20 minutes looking around that site.  Gorgeous!!  Cool

Sorry to hear about the cat Becki ((hugs))
Kathy

Awww, that's a shame Becki (((HUGS))), it's always hard to lose an animal.

Jellycat, I really don't think you want that skirt anymore and it could go to a needy cause.....................

What did you buy then CP?

Take care GTM, rest as much as you can.  Smile

Got to go, have a nice evening everyone.  Smile
nanny

sorry to hear about your cat becki

greenhouse 1 kathy - hurrah!!!!

i am still waiting for the completion of greenhouse 2 and greenhouse 3 is still just a twinkle in someone's eye

howevermy tomatoes are in and doing well and i cannot tell you how pleased i am with the rejuvination of my olive tree now that it is in the warmth of the greenhouse

another busy day but not much achieved.....well maybe some things achieved

did the final fleshing of the deerskin so it is now time to get it in the soaking solution of potassium hydroxide and water.....will do that proably sunday for 3 days then do the graining.....after that and a cup of tea i started sorting the balwen fleece i had and made some rolags with my carders so now i need a drop spindle of something to start thinking about the spinning side of things....don't think i am ready for a spinning wheel yet and a drop spindle takes up less room here so i shall have a go with that first

away with mr nanny to collect some straw then after lunch i cut the back grass and then had a bit of a play with the cowboy larriat that mr nanny bought to go with the western saddle yrars ago and in typical mr nanny fashion, hasn't had time to use...i spent a very happy hour or so roping the fence post in the front of the house and trying to teach myself trick rope twirling.....that's not easy and i shall need much more practice i think....
lloyd

Blimey, Nansters, you're fully back into it again now aren't you?....More deerskins, veg production,..................... I think we need some piccies dearie!
