Morning all
Yay for Fridays
It's dull here this morning - there was a magnificent sunrise earlier on but it's clouded over now. I've got to go into town at lunchtime to post stepson #1's birthday pressie for Monday, but apart from that, I'm stuck at my desk for the day.
Only another 4 weeks (I hope...)

I know I am a boring old f**t, and very rarely post on the day thingy, I like reading everybody else's but I am off to Libby's to day, and she has deceided on leek soup
I've got my knitting in the car, so I rush out of work's door at 1pm (we all finish at this time) and then drive over to L's, homemade soup, homemade bread, knitting and chatting, now don't 'boo' 
It was 3 degree's this morning, but it didn't want to make me sing

It's raining here and pretty bloomin cold, thinking about switching the oil back on and getting the heating going.
Bread making today, just a quick white and and then I need to do some cleaning. The rest of the day will be taken up with animal things as usual!

Mizzly and drizzly here  Shame 'cos we were getting on really well with buidling the latest chicken house All made with scrap wood and pallets. Karl's really pleased with this one...so much s he wants to rip the others down and make them all like this one!!! I'm gonna paint them all different colours so it looks like Ballamory!!!!!
Got plenty to do indoors....new cushion covers to make for the day bed. Might use some of my saris to make small cushions too!

Chicken coop envy here
Sorry, not been posting much of late but have been reading every day. Been a bit distracted with one thing and another.
Anyway, all is ok here and have nothing of interest to report, which I feel rather happy about!. Sometimes ordinary is good. I do have a Crunchie Friday feeling and so much looking forward to a weekend of woodcutting, allotmenteering, cleaning out chooks and dog walking. Oh yes, I know how to live the high life and will try not to think about Monday morning until, well Monday morning!

have to say i didn't have such a good start to the day as i had to go to the dentist...had to have filling replaced....
now i hate going to the dentist at the best of times, even a checkup brings me out in a cold sweat but to have to have something done leaves me in a panic....
i was literally shaking with nerves by the time i got in the chair having had an extra 20 minutes in the waiting room to think about it as he was running late...
by the time i got out i was beside myself...took me ages to calm down and of course the aenesthetic takes hours...from the dentist we did a bit of shopping and then went home....lots of things done there, i am working on a new chapter and have been fiddling with that...then there were dogs and things like that
nothing much happening this weekend as mr nanny is at work...next week is looking like it will fill up a bit....

Nansters, I share your pain, dear. Cut my legs off if you wish, but dont take that drill near my mouth or I shall commit capital offences.

Anna, that is some spectacular chicken coop made from bits and bobs! Look forward to seeing it finished . What does Munty think about it being all multi coloured??

Forgot to add here's a picture we took at Mewslade on the farm the other week Multi Colour Chicken Hotels look great! These aint as good as Anna's but we did chuckle when we spotted them
