Thanks all  Very Happy  tasted great my OH and I went to our fav shop again today baught a seriously fresh chicken and he's experimenting with it at the moment I never thought a "meat 3 veg nd gravey" man would be cooking with wood chips, chilli oil and coconut milk  Laughing (plus lobbing in a few of my herbs!) it's like watching a kid let loose in a sweetie shop hopefully if it inspires him the word will spread foods all good!  Very Happy

I'm plotting on doing a few restraunt reviews soon of our local area (prob 1 a month as moneys tight  Laughing ) althought me and Richie are meat eaters Ive found a Vegan place and thats first on my list to try out as it will all be new to me and him so can't wait!
A 4 course meal is £12:95 a head bring ya own beer lol!

It should prove for an entertaining night out!
