Giant Puffball mushroomWe got a couple handed in the other day, I've never seen them before. I sliced them up, coated in seasoned flour then egg and fried for a couple of minutes. They don't taste like mushrooms, really really tasty I have to say. I've been told where there's more so I'll be taking a wee walk for more methinks!
