Hi from cumbriaHello everyone,
I was pointed in this direction by Mrs. N. and I've really enjoyed looking around so thought it would be good to join. I live with my partner and son, we took on an allotment in May and it seems to have taken over our live's  I'm really looking foward to getiing lots of gardening advice. Also the arty crafty section looks good, I've always been keen on textiles - knitting, weaving, sewing, dying etc.
Anyway I look forward to finding out more and meeting you all as I browse the forum.

Just got in and straight into the potting shed to see what is occurring and another new member - what a nice surprise.
I see that there were some people already in the shed - and looks like they have made you nice and welcome already - but I still want to add mine to the list too.
Nice to have another allotmenteer here - before you know it you'll be getting chickens, dogs and all sorts!
I know you will enjoy our very happy environment - looking forward to your future posts Stella
