Hi from Scotland.Hi, I joined this forum a few months back but for one reason or another (absentmindedness???) haven`t posted an introduction yet. Sorry!
I live up in Lowland Scitland, I`m married and am a stay at home mum to two kids, a boy of 10 and a girl of 5. I`ve had an allotment for just over ten years now and also spin, knit, sew and hope to start learning to weave willow this year, given that I`ve been growing it on the allotment for two years now....oops. I`m interested in most handicrafts, but have to limit myself to one new thing at a time.
Like most of us, I suspect, I`d do better at all of the above if I had more time, but given that we`ve been having massive house repairs for the past year (with at least another six months ahead...then we start the decorating!) most of my hobbies and activities are carried out in a fairly haphazard fashion, alas. I`m hoping this forum will motivate me to get a bit more organised!
