Home grown mushroomsWas showing Kathy the fungi that I've grown from a kit.....they have already been 'started'....all you have to do is prepare a cardboard box for them!....here's the link.....http://www.ardnamushrooms.co.uk/....they are shitake,organic and grown up here. A tad expensive than your eveyday kits but well worth it!....I have hundreds growing already and should get 3 or 4 more flushes

they look great. I remember my dad growing mushrooms in the cupboard under the stairs and the house being inundated with little black flies? I like mushrooms so will certainly look into this. Thanks
