Homemade sloe ginBest drunk at room temperature or cold?? I know it does'nt matter, when you've had copious amounts of other things before hand!

we drink it at room temp. we made a batch 2 years ago, after a year had a taste and I didn't like it, tasted too much like cough mixture. had another taste a couple weeks ago (now 2 years old), fabulous, needless to say the bottle is now finished....I did have some help drinking it

now is the best time to collect the sloes as the frosts will have made them so much better .remember to prick them before you pop them in for next years gin...dont buy cheap gin iether

it was opened last christmas agapanthus, it was so dreadful we hadn't touched it since.

Mine had only been going for 3 months.....tastes yummy!!! (had to have a couple of hours kip after 2 glasses!!!! )

This is the second year that we have made it and it is yummy - it taste fruity rather than tasting of gin (which I don't like ) - very moorish though
I like it at room temperature but the room that it is stored in IS quite cold
