How do you relax, unwind, de-stress etc?

To de stress, I either go riding (if I can) or watch the wrestling on the tele Embarassed Laughing

Riding (first choice), closely followed by a g lass or two or wine or cider, and then walking would probably be a close third. A day out somewhere nice, especially meeting up with a friend, often helps too - as long as I can get away from my worries for a bit.

Sitting quietly by myself does it for me, preferably outdoors in the sunshine with just the birds for company. Smile

I go shooting in Maureen, or work in the garden, or go for a run by the river, sometimes a quick spell of weights in the gym, go caravanning, walk the dog, drink cider,

If I'm really stressed I cook any number of things and freeze them as I like being creative.

About to re take up canoeing and White Crane Kung Fu too. Wink

I like gardening or going to one of our many lakes. I love meditating or using Reiki on myself if I really want to chill out! And I cant not mention the glass or 3 of wine with friends
