Hi everyone, happy new year.

I'm going to start chitting my early potatoes in the next week or so.

As this is the first time growing my own veg, can someone let me know (a rough idea) how many potatoes I'll get fom one seed potato?

I don't want to end up with hundreds! Or worse not enough! Laughing

depends really! variety, growing conditions, etc.

I usually grow charlottes in containers and get about 1-2lb per plant. but that's not a lot. you'd get more growing them in the ground.
