Lizzie
How about one of Libby's hugs?
Gooooooorgeous wool
Libby
Lovely wool, lovely colour!!
Aqui
I started trying a scarf on my thickest needles (old number 7), but they are too thin and the scarf is too solid. I shall have to get some thicker ones.
what's spider stitch?
Who could I give a shrug too? (I don't wear dresses!) Oh - I wonder if my sister would like one. But how to make sure it fits (we used to be the same size, but not anymore!)

spider stitch.........instead of wrapping the wool round the needle once to do a knit stitch, wrap it around 3 times. it makes a very large long stitch.
to do on a scarf.......cast on amount of stitches you require...i usually go for about 40/50.

and so on and so forth.......put tassles on the ends if you wish.
always spider stitch on a knit row, you will be suprised how quickly your work grows, and also it takes up less wool.......
