It is nice to see a knitted patch done with your thread, maybe you should see if you can use that pic on your ebay sales, to show what the end effect is?

On the other hand, I know they charge extra for more than one pic, so maybe not.

I am just delighted she is so happy with it. It was the one which everyone kind of shook their head at as being "a bit bright", and it was either loved or hated on the poll on my blog, but I always knew it would knit up well.
When Piglottie has finshed the socks she will give me a photo to put on the Yarn Yard website, which is really kind.
And my ebay wool is going bonkers.... I can't quite believe any of this.

Yes it is rather isn't it, I've been keeping an eye on it, great stuff!! Are you managing to get more dyeing done, I would imagine you should have hanks hanging everywhere now.
Large garage/ workshop in the garden next methinks, with sinks, water etc?

Was up at Twistfibrecraft today for stuff for beading loom. I managed to contain myself and only buy what I went for, Peter is a VERY good salesman but I resisted!!

The orange was my favourite btw! Laughing

D, piglottie is around on other forums and I'm assuming n knows her from them. She does knit, and on her blog she says n asked her to knit up the yarn to see what it looked like. I've exchanged yarn and stuff with her before, nice lady she is. Very Happy

Piglottie is lovely, I do "know" her from other places, and she was a familiar name when she said welcome on the AY forum, plus she commented on my blog. I really needed someone to knit something in my yarn as I just wasn't able to do that and everything else too, plus I needed someone independent to "road test" it, and when I asked her she was just finishing a apir of socks and pleased to help. She seems really positive about it and that means more to me personally than any number of sales, so I am much more confident now. A lot of other people seem to like the orange yarn, so now I have to reproduce it!
