What fantastic views your chooks have! have they laid yet?
How can you tell which is which, they all look the same? (but that's what my dad always said about horses!)

They are funny little things and they've laid about a dozen eggs already.
I can tell the difference Aqui, the paler one on the right in the first pic is E's hen and she called it Peggy, right next to her is Nora Batty just because she looked like a Nora Batty! The one on her own is the largest and friendliest so she's called Shanti ( it means peace) and the one with her bottom facing us Attila the Hen!
The "caravan" was an old metal hut thing the farmer wheeled about the field for feeding the sheep many years ago. A lick of paint and WD40 and it's trundling about fine style. Once we get the wire mesh around that back fence they'll have the whole bit to peck in.

I keep peering over the fence to my neighbours huge garden covered with lush green lawn which they rarely use and my chickens would love
