Lottie's jelly

Lottie, how about some instructions about how to do jellies?
I know you're a bit busy this weekend, but after that?

Yes of course - didn't think that people would be interested. I will cut out the palaver and make it simple - hopefully - but yes, next week and asap.

Just typing it up - ohew its hot here - and have made some gooseberry jelly too.

Just about to put the second batch of redcurrant jelly in the sieve.

If I make it anyone can - easier than jam methinks.
