We're coming to collect her Nanny, I'm just sorting out transport, hopefully it'll be very soon.....it's all very exciting, we'll be visiting you too mind  Very Happy
Bovey Belle

I'm as pleased as a dog with two tails, and it sort of makes up for the perfect couple who came to try Fahly on Friday.  He never put a foot wrong and is sensibly priced (nay, cheap) and they offered £500 under my asking price.  I am afraid I did not react too well to this!

At least Maggie has the perfect home to go to, which is one thing off my mind.

Isn't it great how things work out.

Kathy can come down for the whole weekend, and teach her class at Nannys place first, then pick up Maggie in the morning! Wink

Can't wait, just looking at the best way to get her up here, and waiting from word back from a friend who know people with a trailer.  Very Happy  Very Happy

Here she is.  Very Happy

She's settled well and made very firm friends with Toby the shetland. It's really nice because the other 2 (Danny and Cappuccino) have always pushed him out, now he has his very own friend.

Hello E, fancy meeting you here.

Leave me alone, I'd rather have Toby.

Clear off, she's all mine, you can have Cappa.

I do like a nice bit of grass you know.

What's that over there?

Give us a cuddle then.

Libby

Awwwwwwwww! She is lovely, and thats from a person who doesn't really like horses! She looks just like Black Beauty only smaller  Laughing  Laughing  Laughing

So when are you going to ride her Kathy?
nanny-now and forever

looks good kathy

i bet you are thrilled

i am most jealous because it actually looks dry there

it isn't here.................
Kathy

We've had a good couple of days Nanny!

Coco rode her this evening as she's looking quite at home and relaxed. Just a short ride up to the house with E and Toby. Aqui, I led E on Toby, Coco is the proficient rider in the family, I stay on the ground most of the time!

Kathy

I meant to say, Maggie will eventually be trained for driving. Coco is a tad too tall for her but will be assessing her foibles as it were!
Aqui

What size is Maggie? Coco looks alright on her - at least her feet aren't under Maggie tummy!

I think she's around 14.3hh Aqui but she does carry herself tall if you know what I mean.

It is less painful on the ground Nanny I do agree! Occasionally I have a hankering to ride again but am just as happy brushing and leading.  Smile

same here, i enjoy the psychology of the whole thing, why do they do what they do etc

it hurts when you hit the ground once you get to a "certain age"
Kathy

Updated photo of Maggie, she's been buffed up and desperate to get at the grass, look at the expression on her face!  Laughing

Libby

awwww
Lizzie

She looks great -very shiney!
Kathy

Coco rides her bareback at the moment, which is fine as long as she doesn't do one of her spectacular sideways spooks!  Laughing
