next on ebay
This will go on later, I am away to get a haircut as I am a bit of a shaggy dog at the moment.
The multicolour yarn is a 100g hank, but it takes about 60=65 g to knit socks (for my size 6 feet, so there are always leftovers, but not enough to do more socks with.
So I am offering each hank now for sale with a 50g hank of plain wool picking up one of the colours so you can get 2 pairs from 150g.
Don't know if it will work as a sales tactic, but we shall see.

I like the colours n, but I have more than my share of wool to keep me busy, I must resist

I reckon that is a good selling point.
So that 350g ball I got the other day is enough to make a pair of fingerless mittens then
Absolutely gorgeous colours as usual. As soon as I have mastered the art I will get some 'real' wool rather than the ball I got to practice with

n i am always thrilled when i see the colours of your yarn
if you aren't careful i will have to take up knitting again
i used to do it 20 years ago and haven't touched a needle since but the colours fascinate me sometimes
now then
there's a silly thing to admit

Maybe you should call one of the colours "blue string pudding". We're sure that the clangers also ate blue string soup, as well.
The wool is really pretty.
