painted floorboards ?I`ve decided I want to paint all the floorboards in the house, but I`ve never done anything like this before, what sort of paint do I use , does anyone know ?I think it will be so much easire to keep clean, and much cheaper than new carpet. |

You can buy floor paint at DIY stores, Greenman is buying ecopaint for his floor and we will be sanding and varnishing most of our floors in the new house. You'll probably need to hire a sander otherwise you'll end up with splinters! Up here it's around £80 for a weeks hire, add on the paint/varnish and it's still much cheaper than carpet.
