Pallets

We are very lucky to have a large supply of pallets from the building site....this is Karl's workshop..

All in all it cost us about £50, for locks and the felt.
am hoping to have one of my own soon....need somewhere to put all my art/sewing/craft stuff and it will be nice to be able to work with space rather than having it all on the table in the living room!
Kathy

He finished it then, well done Karl, it looks great! What's he staring at on the ground?
Libby

Wow! clever chap.
I always knew I had done something wrong when I married my hubby, he's the worst DIYer in the country!!! So no chance of creating anything Rolling Eyes
Lizzie

It was'nt too difficult. The sides and the floor was made with whole pallet with most of the wood takem out...if you know what I mean and then clad with the planks.  Very Happy  Very Happy
nanny-now and forever

that is quite nice aggie, i wish mr nanny was skilled enough to do that.....we have used a lot of pallets thoroughout our homes, once we made decking out of them another time they went into a chicken house, all kinds of things

now we use them to keep hay off the concrete and to make my compost bins, and we cut them up to burn if they aren't good enough for anything else

wonderful things
lloyd

I chainsaw them to heat our house.
Aqui

oh - that's fab!

i wish i could do woodwork. can't even bang a nail in straight!

Aggie what's the chance of getting Munty to do a "how to" article for us, do you think? Very Happy
