Pearl (from Lluest)

How long will it take for Pearl to accept Mr Nanny touching her legs?!
Lizzie

I said less than a week - surely no right-minded horse could resist the mighty Mr. Nanny?

i dont know the background of the horse ( i assume its a horse and not some dolly bird  ha ha  Embarassed )

so i cant comment really, but i know i have had a wild pony straight off the mountain and from scratch it took me 3 weeks to gain her confidence and be able to lift her hooves........another month and the farrier was trimming them...... Wink

wild pony off the mountain is easier than pearl

she has 13 years of getting away with it to overcome plus hormones....

and he can't work with her every day.....he works with her about twice a week maybe 3 times?

sorry chaps, but he hasn't had an opportunity to work with her this week, mostly the weather has been so awful and the way she is, it is dangerous to work in the stable....

we are also looking at whether it is a hormomal problem .....no animal should be as nasty as that but it does only occur when you put some pressure on her to do something she does't feel she wants to do (like anything of a civilised nature) so we aren't sure it's is a hormonal problem either, just temper...

give us time.....
