Plum jam

I made some plum jam last week and put a dollop in my yogurt today. It would appear to have set like cement. Did I overdo it or what? Confused

Sounds like it Exclamation Or maybe too much lemon juice or sugar. They all have to be measured very carefully.

I will be great added to fuit in pies etc though or served warm.
