A few years ago, and on another forum, I was in a very dark place, and Leonie posted this for me.
I still feel moved when reading it now, and thought I would share it.

That is so true Lloyd, but when in the depths of despair you often don't realise, so its good to have it written down. I am going to share this with T, I think she will appreciate it as well!
