pork hock joint ?

Does anyone have a recipe for a pork hock joint  please ? I just bought 2 in Tescos, and they were half price, only £1.87 each, but not sure what to do with them
Kathy

I think Lloyd knows what to do with them, hopefully him or CP will see your message before dinner time!

I can't truly remember, but think I may have slow cooked them with herbs?

i boned them, stuffed them with sage and onion and then tied them up and slow roasted them i think

haven't done it for years......

Slow cooker with stock and a packet of those dried mixed beans.
