How long does it take to press flowers? When should I check them?

I'm doing the yellow pages method (with an extra one on top).

I collected a whole load of spring flowers on Saturday - very pretty they were, I just hope they stay that way!

Hi aqui, Its been a while since I dried any flowers, but from what I remember it usually takes around a month using the paper and pressure method. You check them infrequently,I check them every week or so and gently smooth out any curled leaves or petals, If the paper looks damp, then carefully peel plant off by bending the paper away from the plant, replace with dry sheet of paper. its best to use really fresh flowers when pressing and make sure the stamens have been removed to prevent staining fron the pollen. Also, blemishes tend to be highlighted when dried, not that that ever bothered me, but just something to be aware of. I'm sure that others here will have more info, but maybe this will be a start! Good luck
