recycled sari silk?Just been browsing on ebay and they have some gorgeous recycled sari silks for knitting.
What could i knit with it?
would i need special patterns?

I use it in art and craft work - but there are patterns you can get for bags etc from wool shops

I remember n used some in one of her first weaving experiments and it came out pretty harsh I remember her saying. I think it would need to be knitted on a pretty loose tension but I'm sure the patterns specifically for the yarn would be ok.

Those are lovely Mogs and n's experiment did indeed end up as table mats!
Leonie and I spoke a while back about getting going with a peg loom still haven't got round to it.
