I'll be cutting the rhubarb patch by at least half so names here please for anyone interested in crowns. From what I can remember it won't be till Autumn but I'll look up in my book the best time etc.

A lot of places are now reccommending using Sweet Cicely instead of sugar...

Agave syrup, dates, dried apricots or honey Aqui. I'm going to make chutney without sugar with the pile I cut today, one of those Ikea bags full to the brim!
I'll come back to this list once the crowns are sorted at the back end of the year.
