Selling Houses

They say it's the most stressful thing to do and theyr'e not wrong!

Viewing on Sat came back and said it needs too much work doing to it and if he was to make a offer it would be £5 -£6K under the asking price. I would have accepted that! And the estate agent knows it which makes me really mad Evil or Very Mad

So the long and the short of it is, I've had enough and told him to take it off the market, before my Mum's goes through and she ends up here.

Mark is saying, 'it'll sell by Easter' but that's all we've heard all year!

meanwhile, my mum will have moved in, I'll have killed her, buried her under the patio, and be featuring on Bad Girls.

Enough already!

Sorry rant over now Evil or Very Mad Crying or Very sad

So if you have accepted the lower offer, what's the problem?
Becki

We havn't accepted the lower offer. The agent said 'I could put it to him but he's already had a offer accepted on something else' She didn't bother saying 'they might accept that, shall I put it to them?'

I mean it, I just don't care anymore.

becki I don't know what it's like to go through what you and mrutty are having to put up with for the sale of your house. when we sold our flat it sold in the first day, but finding the house we're in now was where we hit problems, we struggled to find anything remotely nice at our budget. so I can sympathise with the buying/selling thing and I also agree, it is probably the most stressful thing you can do. you just have to grit your teeth and keep aiming for your goal, it will all be worth it in the end. Smile hugs to you both from me xx
nanny-now and forever

big hugs from me as well becki

i think we were very lucky really and i thought it was mega stressful

keep going and i am sure it will go in the end

but

i would kill my mother if she lived with me so i can sympathise with that

i NEVER want to have to buy or sell a house EVER again
